If you answer yes to each of the following questions, consider filling out an application!

1. Have you lived or worked in St. Johns County for a least the past year?
2. Do you meet the income requirements based on the number in your household?
3. Are you willing to submit to a criminal and sex offender background check?
4. Is your credit history of making payments satisfactory? (including no bankruptcies, foreclosures, or evictions in the past 7 years)
5.  Are your saleable assets (including land) valued at less than $20,000?

All applications must be submitted by close of business on July 31 , 2018.

Once you have completed the application, please email the application along with supporting documents to Tanya Harper, familyservices@habitatstjohns.org . You'll also need to submit a payment of  $20 for the application fee. *Note: We do not accept cash or check. Payment must be in the form of a credit/debit card or money order. 

If you prefer to complete a paper application, you may either come into the Habitat office or click the button below to print out a hard copy of the application.  

Each adult on the mortgage must complete the application.

Each applicant must submit a $20 application fee by clicking the button below.

Please note, we only accept credit card or money order payments. 

After submitting the completed application and paying the $20 application fee, you will hear back from the Family Services Manager within 30 days.
